We changed how billing works so it's easier to plan around and actually scales with you.
Under 50? No platform fee
If your LAN has fewer than 50 attendees, we don't charge a platform fee. You get the full thing (check-in, seating, payments, the works) at no cost. That's on purpose. Small community nights and first-time events shouldn't have to factor us into the budget. We'd rather have more LANs happening.
After 50, the fee goes down as you grow
Once you're over 50 attendees we add a platform fee, but the percentage drops as the event gets bigger. So when you're doing well, we're not taking a bigger slice. We're taking a smaller one.
Everything else is the same at every tier: same features, same support, same tools. Whether you're at 60 people or 600, you're on the same platform.
How the money flows
We only add the platform fee. Ticket money goes to the Stripe account you connected. Attendees see ticket price plus our fee (and tax if you've got it turned on); they pay that. You pay Stripe's processing on your side. All the charges and payouts show up in your Stripe Express dashboard so you can see exactly what landed where.
